Way More Inc. Board of Directors are comprised of leaders in education and business who are committed to assisting youth achieving academic, career, personal, and social success.
CHEROKEE BONILLA 
Founder, Executive Director
Cherokee Bonilla, Founder, Executive Director of Way More Inc. /Mentoring Mrs. Bonilla was born in Salisbury MD. Her family moved to Millsboro, DE when she was 6 years old. Cherokee went East Millsboro Elementary, Millsboro Middle school, and graduated from Sussex Central High school in 1993.

In 2000, Cherokee attended Delaware Technical community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Education. She continued her education at Wilmington University to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. 

Cherokee has been a para-professional in the Indian River School District for over 10 years. Her love of children led to mentoring. Cherokee has been a mentor for children from the ages of 5 to 16 for over 6 years. Creating Way More Laundry Incorporated has been a dream for her that has now become reality. Allowing students to learn and grow through a program that will enable them to become anything they set their minds to. Giving students a chance to become a part of their community with the help of community leaders and volunteers.
Erica Colbert
President
Erica is a Healthcare professional with over 25 Years of progressive healthcare experience in both the public and private sectors.

She has worked with major health insurance providers Aetna and United Health Care. Her experience also includes private consulting and several years working for the department of Health and Human Services-Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
A graduate of Seton Hall University of Law with graduate and undergraduate studies in Business Administration. Erica’s accomplishments include: implementing new and innovative program requirements for Special Needs Plans Model of Care and Capitated Financial Alignment demonstration programs. She has also implemented a Lessons Learned program and Risk Scores to assist in developmental strategies for CMS' audit initiatives and benchmarks.
Carolyn Showell 
Vice President
Carolyn Showell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Hypnotherapist and H/NLP Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience as a leader in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.
Carolyn is also an independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a Trainer for Esteemed Human Development International (EHDI) a training broker with more than 500 SME trainers throughout the US and Canada.
Carolyn grew up in Snow Hill Maryland, a small town on the Eastern Shore where she developed a passion for adding value to the lives of others. She is also an Army Veteran. Carolyn and her husband Michael currently reside in Millsboro, De. They have two adult sons, two daughter-in-laws and five grandchildren.
Lance D. Taylor
2nd Vice President
Lance D. Taylor was born and raised in Lewes Delaware where he attended and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. Lance is currently employed with Amsted Industries and a committed entrepreneur who is also a member of ACN marketing company. 

Lance has also been active in the community as a basketball coach for the Boys and Girls Club in Seaford Delaware and Seaford Delaware Parks and Recreational.

Lance is a loving family man who is a hard worker and enjoys relaxing at home. Lance resides in Felton, DE.

Julio Bonilla
Treasurer
Mr. Bonilla graduated from Sussex Technical High School in the year of 1997, where he excelled in the area of electronics. Mr. Bonilla grew up in Sussex County where he met his wife of 16 years. They have two children that attend school in the area.
Mr. Bonilla currently works as a professional painter for residential and commercial properties. He has been in this profession since 2013. He is also an entrepreneur that loves giving back to his community.
Mr. Bonilla loves the idea of bringing a mentoring group to his local county, and believes this will be a start to more great programs that will be brought to the community.
